Shipping Policy


OutletTags.Com Ships ALL orders within (1-3) business days from time of payment confirmation.

Please allow (7 – 14) business days for shipment arrival.  In most cases, orders do arrive sooner.

1 & 2 day delivery is available to our customers at extra cost. Fees are based on customer(s) destination. Delays may occur during holiday seasons. This is out of Outlet Tags Company’s control.

Products are shipped from our Canadian distribution center. In the case of partial orders, out of stock item(s), and / or back orders. The customer will be immediately notified via telephone or email.

OutletTags.Com uses the services of Canada Post ground delivery to deliver its customer(s) orders. The Customer is fully responsible for providing OutletTags.Com with accurate shipping information.  Late Changes incurred with returns or any extra billing by the freight company due to erroneous information will be billed to the customer.

Once an order has been processed and shipped. The customer will be notified via email as soon as possible.

Order tracking can be made, by visiting the shipping company website and/or by contacting customer service via phone of that shipping company. Customers will receive a tracking number.

International orders outside of North America may experience a later than usual delay. This can be caused by the border agency of that country, duties, Taxes, holiday season, or inaccurate shipping information.  The customer is fully responsible for any additional expenses associated with the delivery, such as import taxes, permits, broker fees etc.


In the case has not yet processed the customer’s order. A full refund can be granted to the customer. Orders are processed within 24-48 hours from time of payment received. The order that has been processed & shipped and customer still requires a full monetary refund. The customer will be charged a cancellation fee.
